You wouldn't bring $1M in cash. Most of it would be credit card.

 

In my experience you can spend money on drinks, food, and girls. You can buy ONYX bucks (probably) which act like cash.

 

Not sure what the process would be to get your credit card company to approve a $1M charge but apparently if you have one of those AMEX black thingys you can spend all you want.
