Usually because it's scripted and repeatedly rehearsed so the expectations of timing and accuracy are much higher.

I'd trust the tape more. Some people are more introverted so they don't perform well under those types of pressure.

I'd want my QB to perform under any sort of pressure. That's no excuse.

If a QB hit all the passes in a controlled environment, no biggie, because they should.  To be off that much with no pressure could be concerning.
