It's the whole instant gratification thing. Free agency opened and when some people didn't get results they melted down and cried like babies, refusing to acknowledge our horrible cap budget situation. Worse yet, they couldn't even have the patience to let our GM do what he does best, find serviceable talent in guys that the other teams aren't paying attention to. Its friggin March! We haven't even drafted our 2014 class yet!

This is a great signing. Cason played well in his seasons under Rivera. Could see him having a solid year then blowing up some mediocre teams salary cap next year .

He did play opposite Patrick Peterson last year this year possibly Melvin White, he will sure have his work cut out but least he has a coach who knows his game as will get the best out of him so it's a smart move for both parties.
