Signing Britt would not require big bucks.  Hell, I doubt it would require much more than veteran minimum to be honest.  All the talent in the world, but plenty of question marks both on and off the field.  I'm for rolling the dice on him as long as the contract lets us move on from him with minimal cap downside.  Build some nice incentives in there and see if this guy can actually perform to his potential.

That's true.  I wanted us to look at Kenny Britt for the longest. He still has potential if he  keeps his head on straight. I feel we have a strong locker room and coaching staff,so maybe signing him could work out.

Britt showed serious flashes at Tennessee.  If we can get him on the cheap and hope he cleans up his act it's worth the risk.  He could be a very good #2 receiver if he got his self together.

His agent said he was visiting, so I don't think it was speculation. For all we know, he's already visited and no offer was made. I'm sure Joe Person is hot on the trail.

I wish could answer that but I was wondering the same damned thing. We're being tied to every wr in the league, so we probably aren't even interested.
