They are not calling to make a profit, they are calling because of a need to save lives.  I think there should be some tolerance for that.

They can be annoying and don't look at records very closely, but I try to support them as often as possible. I just gave my 20th time about 2 weeks ago...but they called me 4 days later trying to sign me up for a drive this weekend.

My father, father in law, son and myself have all received blood so it's the least I can do.
