It's going to be an OL IMO. None of the local media guys seem to think Benjamin is the pick from what I've seen, and most are touting OL. Also, Gettleman knows he HAS to nail the 1st rounder this year. He's not going to risk the pick on an unpolished WR like Benjamin and hope he reaches his potential with fatties and potentially more ready to play WRs sitting there (if he goes the WR route).

If Pryor's there, I think his value swamps everyone else on the list. I doubt he would be though. Without Pryor, I still think that Moses is the most Gettleman-esque pick. I've made a million mock drafts, and yet Moses is the pick every time. I don't mind being proven wrong, but I'm pretty convinced.

I like Cook's speed, quickness and elusiveness. Could this be a Barry Sanders at WR? It's intriguing...Otherwise, it's hard to draft him because he can get jammed at the line so easily and may have a hard time getting open. It's all dependent upon how the FO evaluates him and how he fits into the offense.

If we are still looking a few years away from being set-up for serious Super Bowl contention, that would give us some more time to develop a guy like Benjamin.

If Odell is there at our pick, I feel he is the proto-typical #2 WR that can stretch the field and I feel he would have the biggest impact out of the gate (when comparing to the other WRs available at our pick.) We'd still need a #1 at some point in the near future but I think it's more important to find sure-fire starters in this draft.

It's apparent that we can get away with average players in the secondary and those types of players can be found later in the draft. As long as we have Hardy, we can get away with mediocre and be fine. If the plan is to trade Hardy, we will desperately need upgrades in the secondary at all positions.

Absolutely. A great line can enhance the teams' strengths and mask a multitude of insufficiencies. Our D last year was a perfect example.

Yep. I've totally bought into that strategy after seeing what our D line did last year. Now give Cam a line so he has some time and a running game and see how good he makes average receivers look.
