I will never understand this statement.

 

What kind of baseball fan doesn't follow Major League Baseball?

 

That's just how it is to me.  MLB just isn't as entertaining as college.  It's similar to how I feel about college football and the NFL.  I like the NFL, but college is 10x more exciting.

Nationals now. Mariners as a kid because of Griffey. still follow them some. Dodgers to an extent since they're my dad's favorite team

went to my first MLB game ever last year in DC. was awesome

Funny thing is if the Hornets didn't leave and the political capital didn't need to be spent on getting the NBA back, the Expos may have been in CLT. Peter Angelos did NOT want them in DC. Another reason to hate George Shinn. Also if the citizens of Greensboro and Winston Salem voted for a $.01 fast food tax in 1998 for a stadium the Twins would be in the Carolinas. Both piss me off thinking about.
