eagles not happy with Jackson

Looks like the Eagles aren't too happy with wr DeSean Jackson. Don't know if its off-field stuff or something in the locker room, team still owes him 3 years on his current contract. Anyone think he would be a possibility if he's cut? I'm gonna say no simply because we can't afford him.

To post a background

Eagles receiver DeSean Jackson is reportedly telling friends and teammates that he is concerned about his future in Philadelphia.

Amid talk that Jackson could be on the outs, and after Eagles coach Chip Kelly refused to commit to Jackson, Tim McManus of PhillyMag.com reports that Jackson is troubled by the media reports about his future with the team.

According to the report, Jackson doesn’t know where he stands and has told teammates he is concerned. The Eagles have done nothing to allay Jackson’s concerns, and one unnamed source said the issue is becoming a distraction for Jackson.

Jackson is a very talented playmaker with the ball in his hands and he put up the best numbers of his career in his first season in Kelly’s offense, catching 82 passes for 1,332 yards and nine touchdowns. But the Eagles may think the $10.5 million he’s due to make in 2014 is more than he’s worth.
