Is it really that surprising. He has admitted that was his life before his ownership. He is a child of the 70's that idolized the rock lifestyle of the time. I'm not sure that anyone who has seen interviews with him could be surprised.

People with enough money never get in any real trouble.  Hell there was a rich kid in Texas who killed a few people while drunk and fuged up on a cocktail of drugs and he got off with probation because his family said he suffered from "affluenza" - a "disorder" suffered by rich kids who never learned the true consequences of their actions.  That kid would have gotten the chair had he been poor and black.  

 

Irsay should serve a short jail sentence for his DUI since it's not his first offense.  THE WORLD RUNS ON MONEY THOUGH SO HE'LL PROBABLY GIVE HIMSELF A RAISE.  I love humanity!
