I wouldn't mind trading up to the late teens for Evans (assuming Watkins is gone).  Would like it even better if it can be for #28 and next year's 2nd or something like that.

this is assuming we seek a rookie WR to be our #1 or 2. I hear we have interest in Brandin Cooks but cloning Smitty should not be our focus. His tapes prove him to be fast and shifty which is nice but upgrading for the future and finding that type WR we've never had should be key imo. So should we grab a higher ranked WR or play the board game?

No, too many holes.  I believe in the draft we'll grab 2 WR's, 2 O-line, 2 CB's, and one purely BPA.  It won't be that order, but I suspect that will be our plan for the draft.

Cooks doesn't have Smith's size or strength. Jam little Cooks at the line and we'd be screwed throwing to McNutt.
