slower smitty, not as much passion to WIN, not as good of blocker, route runner.

 

has vet hands but playing against the secondary of the NFC south no way he has an impact.

Cotchery, 32 years old, 46 receptions, 602 yds, 10TD

Jones, 30 years old, 59 receptions, 817 yds, 3 TD

Rice, 28 years old, 15 receptions, 213, 3 TD  (injured most of the year)

 

 

I didn't include Kenny Britt or Santonio, because if Smitty got the boot for being a distraction, they would be a steroid version of a distraction.  Manningham could also be thought of, but IMO, these are the top-3 left to pick from.  Jones would be my preference, but Cotchery was a silent assassin last year in Pittsburgh.  Avant is a possibility too.
