In all seriousness, Smitty is awesome and I'm excited for Gavin.  He deserves some redemptive measures from his favorite player after his asshole dad belittled him when in distress.  I was thinking though...  I know what that dad did doesn't sit well with Smitty, so it should be some interested interactions when he gets up with him, lol.  After telling his son he can find another team to pull for, I bet he's gonna be seriously trying to kiss some ass when Smitty contacts them...
