Update on LaFell's official deal - 3 years, $9m w/$3m signing bonus, incentives could push it up to $11m:

 

TUESDAY, 10:59am: Mike Reiss of ESPN Boston breaks down the specifics of LaFell’s deal, which actually has a base value of $9MM, including a $3MM signing bonus. While Reiss doesn’t mention them, it’s possible that incentives could push the value of the deal up to $11MM, as Rapoport suggested over the weekend.

Year 1 (2014): $800k base, $12.5k per active game (up to $200k), cap hit is $2 million with his pro-rated signing bonus.
 
Year 2 (2015): $1.8 million base, $25k per active game (up to $400k), cap hit is $3.2 million.
 
Year 3 (2016): $2.4 million base, $25k per active game (up to $400k), cap hit is $3.8 million
