What was Mikell?  I big hitter in the box safety who wasn't that great in coverage.  Guess what Roman Harper is.  An older 2 time probowl version with more experience.  He's a big hitter who's not great in coverage.  That seems to be what we want Safeties in our defense to do.  

 

Average safety in the NFL makes about 3.5 million so we got him cheap because of his age and Gettlement knows how to find equal production for less money.  He'll be just as good in our defense.

 

Very good signing. You may hate the guy because he was a Saint but he'll help us win games.

I just read ONE page over on SaintsReport about this and yes ... they are laughing. A lot. They say he sucks horribly and Brees and Payton will abuse him.

Exactly! Trust me, i speak nothing but the truth. He has been the worst player on their defense for years now. I have watched enough games to know. If this guy somehow helps us I will complete Crow.
