After Smitty getting the axe and 2seconds later getting scooped up. Nicks going to the Colts. The rest of our squad getting picked apart by vultures- So after trying to explain to my 9 year old why his favorite player was not on the team anymore- I went to be a lil depressed.

Now that I have slept it over- I think we should just ride it out. It's obvious Getts isn't going to bring in any big name FAs. Let's just do the status quo Panthers thing. Scrape the bottom of the barrel of the FA pool, and wait these terrible contacts out until we can bring in the top tier talent. Hopefully Cam will still be around by then...

"Than" you too, for your useless post. The way of the Huddle- got nothing constructive to say? Just bash somebody who does.

 

Another thread with people (thank you nctarheel0619) who think we can sign players with monopoly money. Our GM will add players next week, just like he did last year. No guarantees the holes will be plugged as effectively, but there's no other way to get it done. Looking at the numbers makes it clear that it's the way to go. Teams that sign high priced FA's have money. We don't. It's sad that so many Panther fans don't seem to be able to understand basic math. 

 

Personally I'd say Gettleman's strategy worked well last year, and I'm optimistic about who he'll pick up this time. It's damn sure more fun than immediately assuming doom and gloom.

No no no. You got me all wrong. It was a sincere than (thank) you. I was just adding that I really liked the gif. If there is one thing that gets me out of a funk is a nice set of fun bags.

Am I the only one who will get on every couple hours or so expecting to find some news? Thinking that there is no possible way this team has yet to do anything to stop the severe bleeding, and lo and behold, every single time, the team continues to idly sit by and the top of the Huddle is laced with same retarded vs. threads between those who are frustrated with the team's actions this offseason versus those who are not.
