Well Manningham and Randle are pretty garbage but Nicks and Cruz are good. Guess two outta four ain't bad. Better than Hurney's stats.

he helped the late 80s/early 90s bills drafted several 10 year starters (including hall of famer thurman thomas - made four super bowls while he was with them)

 

did you know he was a scout for the broncos when they got terrell davis and rod smith?! (won a super bowl with them, won super bowl year after he left)

 

how about that he was the director of pro personnel for the giants, which basically means he was in charge of scouting pro players to sign in free agency/trade for, when they made it to three super bowls, winning two of them!?!??!
