People already moving on to the next thing, but is there any evidence James Jones is coming?

There was a tweet on Wednesday that said the Panthers were lurking and were interested in James Jones, but there hasn't been anything since then and I can't even find the original tweet. People are acting like James Jones will be the new savior. Two problems: 1. He's only slightly better than Brandon LaFell. 2. Other than that one tweet, zero evidence exists that I know of that James Jones is coming here. There was way more evidence to support Nicks coming here than Jones.

Lol....if Lafell was slightly better...meaning he held on to a couple more of those passes....he's be our savior.  Slightly better is sometimes the difference.

Wouldn't Edelman be the next best thing then?

Not a huge fan of Edelman, James jones has more #1 potential. Plus we've been keeping tabs on jones so it seems like more of a possibility
