Am I the only one that desperately wants Shula to go back to being the QB coach and to get a proven or up n comer with a solid pedigree?

Yeah, but it's not happening for at least 2 years barring a complete disaster this upcoming season.  Not worth thinking about but I'm fairly certain 90+% of the board would like an upgrade.

There is a reason Carolina, Sea, SF had good D's last year......the conservative Os played to aid the defenses.

Our conservative O was one of the best in the NFL......if you look at what teams do with each opportunity. Shula did that with a bad OL and weak WRs.

Shula actually should be getting credit.

Its like they never thought to think that most great D coaches come from a conservative offense / run first background.
