@josephperson: #Panthers signed TE Mike McNeill to a 2-year deal. McNeill is a 3rd-yr player, caught 5 passes for 36 yards in 2 seasons with #Rams.

Good lord.  He's played in almost every game for the last 2 years for the Rams but has no stats. 

 

Any of you geniuses know what that means?  Means he a special teams guy.  

 

And he played 144 snaps last season mainly as a blocker.  Seems to me we could us a good blocker to help our depleted O-line.  Contrary to popular belief there are a lot more than the 50-100 guys whose names you know that suit up on Sunday are are very good players and contribute to a team.
