that's just stupid to say. Just because Harper played for the Saints and was a jerk towards us doesn't make that true. Even though Harper missed 7 games last season, he is still one of the top safeties in the NFL. One of the best tackling safeties in the NFL and the missed sacking safety in the NFL. Would be a great replacement to Mitchell. Plus 4 years younger than Clark

ryan clark is a pretty well established and proven safety in the nfl, albeit a dirty headhunter. harper has been a bum his entire career. the term "one of the best" shouldn't ever be used in reference to roman harper.
