Anyone have information about Justin Blackmon?

I would honestly trade a 4th for him.. Our 4th is basically a 5th and despite all the depth it's unlikely we get much talent at that spot. Blackmon has the talent and potential to be a top 10-15 receiver in this league if his substance abuse can just be dealt with. That's not necessarily going to happen, but I think the chance is worth a 4th rounder.

Blackmon is a true#1 receiver and I would gamble a 5th or 6th on him. .He will likely miss half of the 2014 season. It's a shame that talent is being wasted on drugs and alcohol

So, you would trade a 4th in a very deep and talented draft(especially at OL and WR) for a guy who has multiple suspensions...has a serious alcohol addiction issue...is one minor infraction from a long suspension?

If we could acquire him for super cheap (like a 7th rounder) , it's actually a great move. He's suspended, so the numbers wouldn't be on our books. If he gets reinstated, he is pretty cheap for the skills he brings to the table.

IF he is eligible and healthy to start the season, I would give up our 4th for him, it's basically a high fifth anyways. He's about 10000X better than any reciever we have on our roster right now.

He was suspended "indefinitely" just a few months ago (November 1st, to be exact) and has two DUIs on record already.

 

They think they can get a 4th rounder for him?

 

I wouldn't trade a pick on Madden for him.

Next slip up, he's gone for a year (minimum).
