These guys and Pilares are the WR on the roster. Other than KP they all have one thing in common. They are big athletic guys. Look at some of these guys pro day numbers.

One or any combination of these guys is who gettleman is referring to when he says I trust or ability to evaluate and find talent.

DG said its time to see what some of these young players can do. I'm very curious to see if any of these guys can step up and make the most of the opportunity.

Well with the way gettleman handles storied veterans I wouldnt blame cam for wanting out who's to say the samething wont happen to him

He released Smitty. He didn't do him like aints did sproles. Its time for people to get over it. No reason to think cam has any ill will over it

I do have hopes for King and McNutt. Hopefully they've been working hard this last year and it'll show in training camp.

He didnt just release him steve didnt even no he was on the radar of being cut why didnt dave talk to steve at his exit meeting? Instead he blabbers about it to the public and then steve had to set his own meeting to find out wtf is going on then he was cut. That is no way to treat your franchises best player in the entire history of the organization. Gettleman could very well do the same cam

What worries me is this is the second time he's done this. Didn't Beason find out he was traded through Twitter? Also haven't players that weren't resigned (Captain) stated that Gettleman hadn't yet talked to them about resigning? 

 

If Gettleman would hold a presser and take questions I would be much more at ease. Right now it feels like everything is in the air.

A lot of the players dont like him and after seeing all this poo with steve im beginning not too either. I understand steve "needed" to be cut (actually he didnt this is just the common theme on the huddle) there is probably a reason why we couldnt sign nicks james jones or get a decent tackle in here I think that these players just dont want to deal with gettleman. I know its still early but these fas wont be fas for much longer

      I remember the Huddle consensus over the course of last season and the previous one. Lots of Bryce is a bust, we should've drafted a 4th slot WR, should've kept Wilks, should've kept an armless Cam, etc etc. So... yea... already thought about that. I wouldn't trust the Huddle to detail my car, let alone run a multi-billion dollar professional sports team. 😛

      bold prediction, I think Mike Green will be the best pass rusher in this class, and thats even with abdul carter.  He reminds me of demarcus ware, not just in size and prowess, but even coming from a Sunbelt school (Ware from Troy, Green from Marshall).  I think he is passionate about the sport where I think Carter as the physical freak might not have the heart.  Thats the guy Im sold on and am gonna hammer the table for, I know he's not projected 8, but he is projected like 12-13, so if a slide back can happen and we still get the guy I want, I'm 100% on board. All that said, it takes 2 to tango, I think the Cowboys are the tango-er.  IMO theres a VERY good shot that Jeanty is available at 8.  Why does that matter?  Not only do the cowboys NEED a runningback (dak sucks without a run game), but MORE importantly, gee where did Jeanty play in high school.....Frisco TX, literally Dallas Metro.  Soo, RB is a position of need and the best RB and most blue chip draft selection that  could improve the offense immensly played IN dallas metro AND will be in range for them to move up and pick?  Do ya think Jerry Jones is gonna just say no to the Jersey Sales?  Jerry might have sexually assaulted a woman and attempted to prevent black people from going to school, but he's no idiot (he is).  IMO, we get a good enough package, prlly their first and third,  maybe a conditional later and we move to 12.  We get Green, they get Jeanty, everbuddy happy.
