Anyone have any idea on who will be our next GM? Assuming we get blown the fug out next year and Getttleman gets fired.

If we don't get Nicks or some FA that's somehow slipped under everyone's radar (not Jones, Rice or any of these other mid tier guys) we're going to HAVE to make something happen in the draft. Maybe not trading up for Watkins, but maybe trading up into the 10-15 range for Evans. We cannot go into the season with only Lafell (maybe) and the other scrubs we currently have and only getting second tier WRs (plural, cuz one wouldn't be enough) in the draft.

Gettleman likes to say he uses FA to be able to draft BPA, well Nicks is really his only chance to stay true to that claim. He's a risk, but he's the only guy that can be reasonably hoped to be a legit #1.
