Throughout his career, Smitty has been known for being hot headed and not having much control over his temper or much of a filter on his mouth, but that same guy is gonna score a TKO victory over Gettleman and the Panthers in the PR battle over this one.

Considering what we know about 89......he will take his shots at Gettlemen. He will just wait a little bit. Henning, Davidson, Chud (all 3 OCs), Seifert and Fox (all HCs)....he has at least made a jab at after the fact. Only reasonable to assume he will blast everyone here now too

89 isn't all sunflowers and rainbows. For years part of the fanbase has tried to pretend the nice guy who does charity work away from football is this awesome leader who everyone in Carolina (the actual players) adore.

89 is leaving bc of the baggage he brings to the lockerroom. Anyone who doesn't think he is going to blast DG, RR, MS when he leaves is ignoring what 89 does

This fuging thread seems a little bit reminiscent of the Julius Peppers departure.  Yeah it's apples and oranges---hell, bananas---but the constant thing is the sour-grape-filled part of the fan base who on one hand says it's about business and gives the FU a fuging pass, and on---err, with the other hand pulls poo out of their ass and hurls it at the player.

Running out your Franchise man, someone who came in and PROVED himself to not only the team but the entire league. He is better than Mcnutt or whatever you baggers think is the "NEXT" one. I liked Gettle before all this.. but calling steve a "distraction"? damn. I feel bad for Cam.. I know he is hearing all this ohhh its only time til cam jets out now.
