Hardy is crazy in a I will make a fool out of myself way. Possibly hurt myself kinda way. Nothing to indicate Hardy jeopardizes a locker rooms chemistry. Nothing suggests he is disruptive and confrontational with teammates.

and Hardy is a top tier play at his position....a potential game changing position.

You can't compare the young  Hardy to the aged Steve Smith. Most viewed the Panthers as the very vocal Steve Smiths team, not Cam Newtons. Gettlemans goal is to surround Cam with young talent and let this become his team. The plan is in the works,it's just going to take some  time.
