Who will be left to sign when the dust settles?

Not sure that's true. One good thing about all the teams signing tackles is it could cause Lewan and/or Martin to fall to 28.

Teams will stash these guys to RT until they are needed at LT, we aren't the only team who will likely pick BPA.

And Martin is graded out as a likely guard not tackle by most experts, so doubt we reach, they will likely risk #28 on kouandijo, tiny richardson or morgan moses , and that's a scary prospect, but not addressing a starting LT in FA has basically opened up this scenario.

We are getting two starters back on the OL that were on IR last season.

If Godfrey isn't cut, he will be a returning starter.

McNutt is supposed to be a viable replacement fat a WR and JStew is coming back.

That should put some things into perspective for the doom and gloomers.

If we can get 3 or 4 viable starters out of this dep draft and a couple key free agent signings, we should be able to keep under the cap while upgrading a few spots throughout our roster.

The only guy I see as being tough to replace was by Gross retiring and it is a crucial position of need, but pro bowl left tackles don't usually shake out of free agency so some patience and band aids are gonna have to step up until we can get our guy for the future at that spot.

This year is essentially no different than last year. I don't see why people aren't understanding this. We essentially dumpster dove for guys last year, and it worked out. We will do the same this year, and hope it works out again. In our cap situation, it's all you can do.
