Car most likely spot for Nicks

NFLN's Ian Rappaport is Rappaporting that Carolina is the most likely landing spot for Hakeem Nicks.

Best case scenario if we are indeed dumping Smith, IMO.

Personally, I'd love to go after a guy like Emmanual Sanders as well. Hixon has drawn some interest from other teams so I wouldn't count on his return.

Nicks + Ginn + 1st/2nd round WR would be at least as good as what we had last year and potentially quite a bit better, depending on how things go.

Well from what I'm seeing now on twitter. Smith may not be going no where. He might not be release at all. Hoping he stays. If so you could add him to the list.

What exactly having you been reading on twitter that would suggest that?

Literally everyone is saying Smith is still leaving.

    • Agree completely ..and I’ve never seen a group on defense being so unaware of where the play is going and the ball carrier is…it is mind boggling  …I’m honestly not sold on Tevin either…sure he makes tackles but how many are for no gain or a loss  There are many things that can be used to justify keeping Evero but there are just as many that justify not… 1. key players not wanting to stay in his system…Luvu among them…and Horn may not be such a slam dunk resign either  he has finally gotten vocal about how is used in Evero’s system 2. his wanting DJ Johnson and the Panthers moving up to take him… 3. His refusal to adjust his system scheme  to the personnel he has 4. he had several of his hand picked players this year, players with a history with him, players he wanted brought in with not much impact  5. And the biggest         over his two years, the key stat of ‘points allowed’ was not great last year, this year abysmal…historically abysmal …you cannot keep your job when the side of the ball you own is in the ‘historical fail’ category in all of NFL history  I’ve grown sick of Canales’ blowing  sunshine up people’s butts over this they need to move on from Evero..for his sake and the franchise’s. He will land on his feet but it cannot be in charlotte
    • Maye has never been better at football than Bryce and he never will so that answers your question.
    • Hot take.  Boise State/Penn State and Clemson/ Texas were more entertaining games than probably 40% of the games ever played in the CFP.   Some revisionist history has been done about how good playoff games have been because people were buthurt they didn’t get the teams they wanted in
