Sounds like you are too emotional right now. When your mom wanted to get you new toys did she not take old ones away first? You can't add better without taking a few away. Gman has an eye for talent I'd trust him on this. Plus I'd think he is working long term. This might not make many in the "Happy Now" crowd around here.
