So which franchise often moves on from players who are aging to save money and keep reloading. Which one rents players for a year and shuffles pieces regularly. The New England Patriots for one.  Sure they haven't won the superbowl in a while but they are always in the conversation and it isn't just because they play in the AFC East.

The moves are one thing.  Treating employees like poo in the process is another.  Gettleman comes across like a sleazebag member of the NY mafia or similar.  He was a fricking high school football coach and took an internship with the Bills that started his supposed illustrious career.  He was a cheap reject hire by Jerry, just like Hernia was, and the fruit will show it.

He also had more to do with our success last year then DG, not popular but the truth, the only thing that really sucks right now is the contracts he gave out to Godfrey, Dwill and Stewart..  CJ has believe it or not actually played up to his contract even if he is a bit over paid, it's still no where near as bad as those other 3.

 

I remember hearng that Godfrey got the extention and immidiately thought "WHY?" he's never been more then average on a good day.

 

Signing either Dwill or Stewart would not have been a bad idea, but why both? no good reason...

He doesn't treat them bad. He comes across as a nice guy to me. Very friendly, warm, and a little of a jokester. Kinda like your uncle or grandpa feel.
