What are the rules, exactly?  Teams can start contacting and making deals with free agents at any point of today,  but they can't sign contracts until 4pm or something?

I'd be worried with anything for Hardy in the double digits per. Just trade him if that's the contract he wants.

He wants around the 13 he's getting

He's a decent pass rusher but his strength is his run defense. Nothing to freak out about.

Bucs will be better next year that's for damn sure.  They'll be drafting defense early and often.  Once they get a QB they'll be dangerous.  They're still a few years behind the Panthers though.

Better or about the same as last year,  for them?   Letting go of a top 2 CB is rough.
