Just don't get a cat like this:

http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/video/911-call-reveals-family-held-hostage-fat-cat-22858540

This is the story of a family held hostage by their own house pet. We're not talking about a big dog either. We're talking about that guy, a 22-pound cat named lux all playing out in a dramatic 911 call.

He may look cute and cuddly but don't make this cat angry. I have a kind of a particular emergency here. Reporter: Lux, a 22-pound himalayan hold his family hostage in their bathroom forcing them to call 911 for help.

Freaking pansies. Wrap a towel or shirt around your arm & grab the damn thing by the scruff of it's neck.

Since the incident they have put the 911 cat into therapy.

My faith in humanity is lingering.

A domestic cat is still a wild animal with a natural prey drive.

A small child jerks on it's tail enough, which is very painful, it's gonna smack the poo out of the kid.

Father kicks the poo out of the cat, of course the cat is gonna be pissed off & lash back.

It's not rocket science.

Hey dumbass, don't leave your infant around a 20+ cat. And if you do don't abuse the cat for defending itself.

Yeah, that story about the baby and cat just......

Some people are blaming the cat. Saying the cat was "wrong". Some are blaming the baby. Saying the baby was "wrong". Neither understand each other or the consequences of their actions. It's the parent/owner of the cat at fault and to look at it any other way is ridiculous.
