CJ and Hardy are going to be Top-5 DEs on any team they go to.

Losing one would really hurt our defense and really help another team's.

Losing one and then another one of our front 7 gets injured and our team falls apart.

The salary cap is going up every year and the money is going to be there for our core of CJ, GH, Cam, Star and LK because of the expiring contracts that will be coming off the books and by non core players getting cut.

These next 3 drafts will be crucial for our team's chance for a SB over the next 3 years. If we can get 3 starters in each of those drafts and we can keep our core together, we are gonna win multiple Super Bowls.

We need to draft a staring G, #1 WR and CB in this years draft.

Next year we will need to get that LT for sure, a S and probably a TE.

The year after that, we'll need a LB, RB and another T.

If we get BPA at those positions with our top 3 rounds each year, stay healthy and keep our core locked-in, we are going to be special for a long-long time.

Greg Hardy hasn't shown up in big games. Most of those sacks came against nobodies. Let's not forget how much he benefits from playing next to Star, KK, and CJ. In the two games that CJ didn't play, Wes Horton had more sacks than Hardy. He's a great young player, but he's not worth 13 mil.

Every game is big in the NFL and yes, He showed up big vs Saints, Bucs and Atl and those are the teams we have to compete with in our division.

And none of our players showed up for San Fran so stfu with that Tired argument, it's full of poo, so stop using it.

One thing that can be said about Hardy is that he is coming into his own! Where his ceiling is at remains to be seen! Would love to keep Hardy vs CJ. Hoping both players work out cap friendly deals/extensions! However, CJ isn't worth the 33million we will pay him over the next 2 seasons!

But we have two making top dollar. Look I get the "keep strengths strong" argument. But we have a lot of holes to fill.

So what? That's the best position to be paying big contracts on the defense!

Our Rbs, Smitty and Olsen come of the books in a year or two and that is what's going to help our team out. Through the draft we can build the OL, DBackfield and WR core while locking-up our pro-bowl core players at critical positions.

We go back to .500 team without our elite pass rushers.

In game 1 vs Tampa, ATL, and Saints Hardy had 1 sack! In game 2 he had 8, against a rookie and a terrible oline. Don't give me that poo.

I see it as the exact opposite. We now have much less flexibility to draft the best player and are forced to be nearly perfect in our draft selection while having to fill one of the most important positions on the field with limited funds.

Pro bowl LTs don't fall off trees and there isn't one in the draft worth throwing Hardy away for.

Tired of arguing with you haters and pray that you don't get your wishes to trade the Kraken for some unproven rookies or overpriced free agents that don't even know our system.

6 tackles 1 sack vs pats

6 tackles 1 sack vs SF

#1 RE in NFL in overall pass rushing in hurries, pressures and sacks so you can't just go by sack totals to base your argument.

4th in total tackles among all nfl DEs

#1 in rushing yards per play allowed at RE

Kiss my ass he don't show up. Outta your mind thinking you can value GH based on sack numbers alone.

Without a good pass rush, qbs will have a field day on our weak secondary. Last year's defense worked for us. Division Champs. We need to keep the Kraken. Our front seven make up for the weak secondary.
