Why has there been no interest amongst panther fans in Julian Edelman? I know he's partially a product of Brady, but I think he'll be cheaper then Nicks and Decker and would be a very nice weapon for Cam, IMO.

I'd like us to pick him up, but I just don't think we can afford any of the first-day FAs right now. Besides, even WR is a back seat right now to OT. So, the focus has been on all the shiny LTs being signed by everyone else but us.

 

Edelman would do well here with Cam though... if the Pats let him walk for what we could pay him, though, I'd be surprised.
