Steelers have signed Chargers NT Cam Thomas.

Has it been posted on here that Justin Tuck is a Raider?

Also word that the Rams are hosting Kenny Britt (Jeff Fisher and a problem child, go figure)

Can someone explain to me how the Steelers and Aints, both whom were over the cap are able to sign player(s) while we're here cap strapped?

After the draft, there will be a lot of good guys let go from their teams.  Hopefully, we can pick up a whole new set of gems just like last time.

 

By then, Hardy will be a Panther long term and at a better rate, or will have been traded for draft picks.

 

Just gonna have to ride out what is going on now.  Nothing out there left to be that excited about anyway

Id be excited for: Nicks, Jones, DRC, Cro, Oher, and Strief. Yea, but no money.

They backloaded the hell out of the contracts to Byrd and Mitchell. Byrds contract is gonna kill NO in the future. Mitchell probably only lasts 2 years realistically too. Byrds cap hit is about 3 mill, Mitchells is low too.

Strief in NO signing a new deal. I have no idea where NO is getting all this cash...

Byrds cap hit this year is 3.5 million. He basically took Sproles spot on the roster. It's basically just a matter of Streif really wanting to be here. He's been in NO for a while now. I'm sure he tested his market and Loomis told him come back and get something done.
