Adding Johnson was a nice signing by them. Putting him next to McCoy def improves their dline

I'm not sure what you're saying then. You're either saying that it was unwise for them to part with two easily replaceable players for an elite talent or you're trying to suggest that those moves gave them considerable cap space, which it did not.
