Nothing yet on Eric Decker that I've heard. Could be a good sign that he might not cost as much as we thought.

 

Same with Nicks as well.

 

Supposedly the Pats had an offer on the table for Edelman and he declined and decided to test free agency.

I hate to lose Jordan Senn. That's a lot of leadership and cheap reliability we just lost. Great ST'er.

Why we let quality players like that walk and keep around trash like garry Williams and richie brockel is beyond me.

Agree. I'm normally very optimistic, but we have one hell of an uphill climb to make just to field a serviceable offense. We needed to improve of already pedestrian O, now it's been gutted and we have very little in the way of resources to get better.

Senn signing with the Bears is no more of a big deal than what I had for breakfast this morning.

As quiet as we've been (granted, not much money to make noise with), something is going down. Whether it be restructuring, looking at trades, cuts or whatever...I think we're in the area of just maximizing our cap space to go after the 2nd wave of FA. Luckily for us, guys like Nicks/Tate/James Jones are still out there. 

 

That OL though? Yeah, I've got nothing.
