Mayocks Post Combine Top 5

stirs

Recommended Posts

1. Sammy Watkins, Clemson
2. Mike Evans, Texas A&M
3. Marqise Lee, USC
4. Brandin Cooks, Oregon State
t5. Kelvin Benjamin, Florida State
t5. Jarvis Landry, LSU
t5. Odell Beckham, LSU

I just do not see how, in this class of WRs, you could leave Jordan Matthews out of the top 5 and put Jarvis Landry and his 4.77 40 yard dash in.  I am not  sure that an NFL WR can afford to run below a 4.65.

Bitonio would be a nice fit for us at T...I also like Brandon Thomas, James Hurst, and Moses.

Please do not draft another big T with knee issues (Richardson, Cyrus)

I want ASJ in a bad way

Ideal for me

Cut Godfrey, restructure CJ, Smith

Re-sign Mitchell, Munnerlyn, Ginn

FA- Eugene Monroe

Draft

1. ASJ

2. Top WR

3. Top CB/OG

4. Too CB/OG

I still want to draft a T to go with the free agent, but I have had ASJ in a few of my onlne mocks.  If we do not get him, I feel that New England, drafting right after us, will take him.

Keenan Allen ran a 4.75 last year and he turned out pretty good for SD.  While it's not to be completely dismissed, straight line speed is not always the best indicator as a lot of players have good "football speed".

Oh c'mon, Keenan Allen was still recovering from major surgery. What's Landry's excuse?
