Well if it's still based on a salary cap of $123 mill it makes sense. With the cap at $132 mill we'd be looking at $20 million in cap room.

It's quoted at or around $18-21mil. I think that clears all possibilities, which is why it the only reason we tag hardy is he don't walk for nothing, because signing him would take most of our money and that's just not going to happen.
