Wharton is much easier to replace than Gross.  There are FA guards that can be signed for cheap that might even be an upgrade.  Gross is very, very hard to replace.

Gross' leadership is what is of.more value.

But we have kalil, and it is his time to step up.

Gross is right, that the team is in good hands now, for him to leave.

i don't care who start this thread first but I will say it again, he may as well because if we are rebuilding the line, the sooner the better!

 

True, but depth is not a bad thing in the NFL.  He can take something a little north of the vet minimum, sit on his fat ass (said humorously with much love and respect), and watch the coaches transition the young guys into full blown starters.
