Does Jordan Gross' retirement make you want to pursue Jonathon Martin?

Maybe Gross pulls a favre and comes back after training camp

To anyone holding onto this hope, even in the slightest, don't. He is not Favre, not to mention I personally saw and spoke to him and he appeared much thinner after only one month. He is done.

Not sure why the Martin hate either. After the Wells report, Martin came out looking much better. He is still young and was a high second round pick in an age where even #1 overall picks struggle out of the gate at tackle. I think having him compete at RT is a good idea personally, but some think a late first, late second, or late third round unknown rookie from this class could protect Cam's blind side? Crazy.

Pretty sure the Dolphins were leading the league in sacks given up before Martin quit

I'd prefer a free agent left tackle, but that's big dollars.

Right tackle or guard being a high draft pick would be fine with me, though not necessarily round one.

Agree. Gotta pay the price in FA for a LT, at the expense of everything else I'm afraid. But have to.
