With the news of Jordan retiring, how does the Panthers proceed in the Draft?

I think Gettleman will try real hard to fix the o-line through free agency. I'm excited to see what he has up his sleeve.  I wouldn't worry too much because his strongest philosophy is "big men allow you to compete."

I still hope we go we in the first and maybe second. The whole which need is more important argument is never ending. Better oline will give cam more time but if wrs can't get open it won't matter. If the wrs are great but the oline sucks cam will have to scramble and might get sacked. I would rather have better wrs personally.

I can't believe the gloom and doomers--this is the perfect draft for this to happen.  First, I wanted Gross back too, so lets move forward.

 

The draft is deep at OT, WR, and CB.

It is also deep at DT and RB.   After we cut DW and (maybe) Edwards, these could be big needs.

 

Gettlemen will find a player or two in free agency and the water will clear for us.

Right. O-line was a big need anyway but look for Gettleman to re-sign Bruce Campbell and add someone through free agency.
