Kind of been out of the loop for a couple of weeks so this was a big surprise to me.  I just finished watching the retirement ceremony.  Tear in the eye and a lump in the throat.   What a player, What a MAN, thank god he will still be around in some capacity.   Probably radio or TV.

 

A sad day in Blue Heaven that is for sure.  We have been fortunate to have players in key positions for a very long time. (GROSS and KASAY)  We go to the off season talking DT, QB, RB, S OG, C but never really talking about LT.  Gross has always been there.  Even if we get lucky and get someone in the same caliber of Jordan our chemistry won't be the same.  HUGE SHOES to fill both figuratively and actual.

 

I hope to see him on FOX sports announcing games.  He will be a good one.
