We all knew that Jordan Gross was right on the edge of retiring but it is still a sad and empty feeling knowing the time has arrived and  he will no longer be our starting left tackle. 

Not only was Gross a great left tackle but an all around good guy, team leader and community related. He will be sorely missed by coaches,teammates and fans alike.

When I would think of an ideal person to represent the Panthers, Jordan Gross always came to mind. I am sending a big farewell salute to him,an all time Panthers great..

I hate this situation, but I wish Jordan the best. He's playing at an elite level with more in the tank, but it is his decision. Thank you for all these years, I just wish you would stay for a few more and contribute to bringing home the Lombardi.
