Honestly, I'll be pretty surprised if Gross retires.  He had a great year last season and he's toiled away on crappy teams here in Carolina for years.  I don't see him walking away when we're finally relevant again and he still looks like he has it.

I'd be surprised if he came back. I think he almost retired last year and it's clear retirement is weighing heavy on his mind.
