NO Mas! you win,yay ! your prize is a 6'6"  version of Manos de Piedra.

Like I said, money where your mouth is. Don't make a statement if you're not willing to support it. Coleman as no better than the 20th ranked WR is asinine....

I am supporting it . i stand by my comments about Coleman.wouldn't draft him at all with the talent in this draft don't need a low rated project. Well i take that back, if he gained 25-30 lbs , learned to block and catch maybe he could be a 4th rd TE pick.

Anywhoo, if he is not worth a 3rd rd pick why is he worth betting on? he is all yours enjoy!

The thing that may stop Coleman is his knee.  If his medicals end up OK, then he may very well go in the 3rd or 4th which is where he was originally projected anyway.  Plus there are still pro days and individual team workouts that could conceivably help him rise. He didn't put up outstanding numbers at the Combine, but he didn't do terribly either.  Just his height and long arms alone (with an average vertical) makes him super intriguing. He has an "exceptional catch radius" as NJ.com put it.

LOL you're kidding right? He's big and that's it? Alright man, whatever you say...

His hands are actually solid, if you watched the kid you would see he plucks the ball on a somewhat regular basis instead of letting it come into his chest as much. He has concentration drops like most guys, but to say his hands aren't good is 100% inaccurate.

During one of the WR drills, Mayock I think, said something to the effect of "if your talking about Benjamin's issues with drops, you need to talk about Coleman, he actually led the nation in drops."

Now, I have never seen him play, so don't really have a first hand opinion.  But if his drops are that big of an issue, I doubt he'll go before the 4th round.

Big difference between the two. One had the best QB in the country putting the ball in a spot for him to make plays. The other had one of worst QB's in college football. I would imagine some of Coleman's "drops" are balls that were three feet behind him that he tried to make an effort to go and get. I'm not even saying he has great hands. Just to call them "bad or terrible" is inaccurate.

Like I said, I have never seen him play, so only have the views of others who have to rely on.  And if he does have a tendency for drops, then that does concern me.  But I do agree that some drops could be a result of other factors such as the QB's play.  However, to lead the nation in drops, many had to be on him, and will likely drop him a bit in the draft...particularly in such a deep WR draft as this one.

Benjamin has a tendency for drops and some of you people want him at 28 so there's that....

See here's the thing, I never said he was. I said he's better than the 20th Wide Receiver in this class. I also never said I wanted to draft him at 28.

oh now you want to go by what was actually said...OK.It is hard to keep up when you make crap up. if you want to talk about what you actually said then you need to stay in context with what everyone actually said. so to go on record with exactly what I say about Coleman here it is. He would be a horrible pick anywhere above the 4th round.I would rate him no better than 20th wr in this draft and there are probably more below that who can catch so he could be lower. Bad throws or good throws he drops balls. That position is already filled on the Panthers we need someone to take the "catches balls" position on the team.

In the world and future of the Panthers he pretty much does not exist.

I went with what you said. You said he's no better than the 20th WR in the Draft and I asked if you wanted to make a friendly wager. Not really sure where the mix up here is.
