Spotrac numbers show this drops our cap space $1.25M this year. Total option is $2.5M over these last 2 years. But the 13.5 million over next 2 years is referring to the salary, and his sal + this 2.5 notation they have doesn't match up that total. Could be a 3.5M option bonus dropping us 1.75M. Either way, dude deserves the money.

This is good news. His knee doesn't scare me more than any other player in the NFL now. And he was one of the best LBs in the league last year. Worth the $ all day long.
