I guess you have never seen him play. He is a matchup nightmare type of TE. As far as offensive weapons in this draft, he is easily in the top 3.

With a pass first league now, most people want as many weapons as possible.

 

Having two good TE's would be a tough matchup for a lot of defenses.  Lots of teams have at least one good coverage LB, but not that many have two that could cover an Olsen AND an Ebron.  Course, who knows how our OC would call it anyway.

Also Mayock just got done destroying Clowney's character and work ethic on NFL network. I mean destroyed him, talked about his college coaches saying negative things about his work ethic... Said He'd have reservations about taking him anywhere in the top ten, because of all the red flags. 

I don't care what he says Clowney will be top 3 pick.

Of course he will. This is very similar to the criticism that Julius Peppers received when he was drafted. But he will be drafted based upon potential alone.

 

My worry with Clowney is that he isn't the same athlete as Peppers was (though he still is a once in a decade athlete) and he seems to have an even worse work ethic. I'd be hesitant to draft him in the Top 5 to be honest. I would take Watkins, Robinson, Matthews, and even Khalil Mack (Von Miller 2.0) over him.

Outside of Watkins and maybe Evans, I don't see the freakdom. It's great that it's such a deep class, which is why we will get a good WR in this draft-just better value after the 1st. JMO.

We will see when 40' are ran. I see at least 4 Wr who could be freak like talent. If Kelvin Benjamin, and Brandon Coleman run fast 40's to add to their enormous size. That would be freak like.

Jeff Janis is 6'3" and 220, not enormous, but rumored to be a 4.3 something guy.  We will see.

Kinda bummed because he is one of my favorite prospects for us at 28. Could be a blessing in disguise for us tho.
