Bucs Getting New Logo/Helmet

I know they are a division rival so we should hate everything about them...

...but I think that helmet is pretty fugin badass.

I think they had the right idea of making it bigger on the helmet. The facemask looked better black, but not too bad with the change. The logo is the fail here. They downgraded one of the best logos in the NFL. Overall huge downgrade. Why mess with what is already one of the best uniforms and logos in the league? Pretty stupid decision by the Bucs.

Yeah, I guess I was over reacting a little. The helmet overall looks pretty good. Still think the previous logo was way better though. I just couldn't believe they would mess with an already awesome logo.

Yeah, I have to concur with montzta, I think thd helmet is bad ass. The logo seems a little cartoonish and corny to me, but they upgraded big time helmet wise.

Is the NFL tweaking all 32 logos? The past 4-5 years a couple of teams unveil slight tweaks every off season.

And they all seem to have a more 3D friendly design & more defined, smooth lines.

It looks like the guys that designed windows metro got hired to redesign the bucs logo

I'm not sure I like it better than the old logo.  The chrome might be a problem in the hot sun...but I don't know if it will hurt the Bucs or opponents.  I would think it would heat up like a branding iron...maybe it will cut down on face masks :)
