What a cluster fug that was.  Starting with the new format with the Dunk Contest. OMG how more boring can you make it.  I rather get a root canal then watch that poo again. The All Star game, wtf, defense not allowed?  I mean I like a good 3 pointer but holy poo back and forth watching each team shoot 3 pointers.  Nobody played defense at all.  Wasn't really a game.  The players didn't really seem to care.  If this is the future of All Star weekend, just do away with it.

I was at Buffalo's when the game came on & I watched maybe 5 minutes. People play harder defense at a YMCA pick up game.

I agree, I was torn on the new format, but it worked pretty well. I don't know what they could do with the NBA all star game, but as awful as it has been for a few years, I don't know what that is.

Defense is never played at all star games. The fans come to see teams score 150.
