I don't agree with that at all. ESPN is a complete joke. Newton's a top 10 QB, but not quite top 5. He'll get there, especially when he gets some weapons, but he's just not there yet.

I don't hate cam, he reads defenses like a third year QB should, I was talking about the rest of what he said.

Cam is a special QB and I'm glad he plays for the Panthers. It's to hard to compare a duel threat QB to a pocket QB. The one thing that i'd take from Brees is his pocket awareness. Although it's a little easier to have pocket awareness when you actually have a pocket...
